The Site is operated by KJ Enterprises Holdings Ltd trading as KJ Recruitment, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 11129554, with its registered office at Moss Bridge House, Moss Bridge Road, Rochdale, OL16 5EA, United Kingdom.

By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a candidate profile and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

The KJ Group profit-share model

Roles advertised on the Site are profit-share and self-employed by design. The Site connects you with hiring KJ Group companies; it does not itself employ you. Any engagement, revenue share percentage, and payment terms are agreed directly with the relevant KJ Group company.

Earnings figures shown anywhere on the Site (including the earnings calculator) are estimates based on typical UK job volumes and ticket sizes. They are not guarantees. Actual earnings depend on job flow, ticket size, hours worked and other factors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is defamatory, discriminatory or infringing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, copy or resell listings or data from the Site without our written consent.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including branding, copy, images and code — is owned by or licensed to KJ Enterprises Holdings Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce it without permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Availability & disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of the Site.

Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or misuse the Site. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
