Information we collect

  • Application data — the roles you apply for, cover notes, interview status.
  • Contact form data — the name, email, phone (optional) and message you send us via our contact page.
  • Technical data — IP address, device, browser, pages visited, referrer, timestamps.

How we use your information

  • To operate the site and let you create a candidate profile.
  • To match you to profit-share roles across the KJ Group and share your application with the relevant KJ Group company.
  • To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
  • To send transactional emails about your account and applications.
  • To detect fraud, secure the site and comply with our legal obligations.
  • To measure usage and improve the service (aggregated analytics).

Legal bases (UK GDPR)

  • Contract — to provide the account and application service you sign up for.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure our site, prevent fraud, and improve our service.
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies and any marketing communications.

Sharing your information

We share your application data with the specific KJ Group company hiring for the role you apply to. We also use trusted service providers (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics) who process data on our behalf under written data-processing terms.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement.

Retention

We keep candidate profiles for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after last activity, unless you ask us to delete sooner. Contact-form messages are kept for up to 24 months for service and audit purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention).
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
